We offer free shipping on towel orders over $35! If your order falls below the $35 mark, can we suggest that you add a towel for your mother to your order?
No? OK then, well at least I tried! For towel orders* below $35, we offer delightful $4 flat rate shipping! (See note about t-shirts below.)
I ship via USPS and most towel orders go out within 2 days of ordering.* (Please allow a little extra time for custom or personalized towels.) Shipping times vary based on distance, time of the year, the phase of the moon, whether Mercury is in retrograde, etc…
I have had very good success with the United States Postal Service, but accidents do happen. Please contact me at heather@delightfultowels.com if your package has not arrived when you expected or if it arrives in less than perfect condition.
*T-shirts are shipped directly from the printer, so I have no control over the shipping times or prices on those. Maybe someday I’ll be able to print those myself, but sadly, today is not that day.
